Bombay Special Briyani

      Ingredients

  1. Bombay Briyani Masala (Shan)
  2. Dahi(Yogurt) 200 g
  3. 2medium potato chop,3 medium size tomato & Onions,2 tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste.
  4. Basmati rice 750 g

     Steps

  1. Soak the Basmati for 40 min and keep aside meanwhile
  2. Fry  1/2 of the chop onions in hot pan until Golden Brown and take out in a bowl for later used.
  3. Heat the pan  with oil and fry the remaining onion till it turn golden and add tomatoes and fry until the oil separates.
  4. Add meat ,garlic paste, ginger paste , yogurt,potatoes and Shan Bombay Briyani masala mix. Stir fry for 10 minutes .Add Water, Chicken/lamp, Cover cook on low heat until the meat is tender, then increase heat and stir fry till the oil separates.
  5. Separately:  In 15 cups / 3 liters of boiling water ,stir in 3 tps. of salt  and soaked rice.Boil rice until 3/4 cooked.Remove and drain thoroughly.
  6. Spread some portion of the rice in a pot and pour meat curry  and Top with some portion of rice and add the golden brown fried onions and repeat the process till the items are over.
  7. Cover Pot and cook on low heat intil rice is fully cooked (5-10 min).Mix before serving.
